A pre-installation workshop called Master Advisor Training introduces you to the MOC1® Wireless Service Advisor™ tool, the
Tablet PC and how it all works together through the WSA™ Service Process.
Our on-the-drive training, provides you with the tools, skills, knowledge and best practices necessary to exceed
customer’s expectations and develop relationships that will result in improved sales, customer satisfaction, personal
satisfaction and customer retention.
The culmination of training results in confident, competent and excited users of the WSA™ solution and its abilities,
user friendly operation with the foundational tools, information to make a difference at the dealership immediately and
have fun doing it!
