Dave Waco

President

Dave co-founded MOC1 Solutions LLC in 2002 and was instrumental in turning the software into a state-of-the-art Service Drive Sales Tool. As President, he guides the overall efforts of the business while focusing on the Sales and Marketing function.

Dave is also a principal and senior executive in his family’s corporation, MOC Products Company Inc. (Automotive Products and Equipment Manufacturer and Distributor), which was founded in 1954. He grew up in the Automotive Industry as his father Mark Waco was an accomplished Race Car Driver in the early 1970’s. He helped expand MOC from a regional company to an international industry leader with 14 company owned facilities throughout the US and an extensive and ever expanding international distribution network worldwide. David was responsible for the development and formation of strategic partnerships with some of the largest automotive consolidators in the World, such as AutoNation, Sonic, Asbury Automotive. Prior to making his impact in the automotive sector he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics at the University of California at Santa Barbara and went on to play Professional Baseball for 4 seasons in the California Angels and Philadelphia Phillies Organizations.

Dave’s vision is to enable new car dealerships to improve the overall Service Drive experience, to provide car owners the personal attention and service they deserve, and to deliver tools that help Service Advisors deliver a consistent write-up presentation.


Doug Wieder

CFO

Doug Wieder joined the MOC1 Solutions management team in December 2006. As Chief Financial Officer, Doug is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day financial management, long-term planning and administration. Doug brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience to MOC1®.

Prior to joining MOC1 Solutions, Doug was Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury at a Denver-based investment company. Previously, Doug held management positions at Qwest Communications, was a founding Member of Gibraltar Equity Investments and served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen.

Doug received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado – Boulder and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA. He is also certified as a Public Accountant by the State of Colorado.
